Late Policy

Things happen! There is a 15 minute grace period. After the 15 minute period, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service and will need to reschedule your appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations with less than a 48 hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No shows or day of cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
