Additional FeesAdditional fees such as travel fees, last minute booking fees, early morning fees, parking fees etc. may be incurred. A standard travel fee of $50 will be required for every service booked which covers up to 1 (one) hour of travel; each mile after that incurs a $0.50 fee. Certain fees are discussed at the time of booking and will be included in the contract. Additional fees are always subject to be added for the day of, such as parking, hotel stay, early morning fees, late fees, additional service add ons, etc. Late fees are described below.
Single Service Payment PolicyOnce booking is confirmed and the form has been submitted, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid within 24 hours to secure booking date & time. The remaining balance is required to be paid no later than immediately after the service is finished. Acceptable forms of payment include:
Multiple Service Payment PolicyMultiple service: (weddings, bachelorettes, etc.): A non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of the contract being sent and/or executed to secure the services. The deposit amount will be 50% of the Total Cost of Services as listed in the Contract. The remaining balance is due no later than two (2) weeks before the scheduled services. Acceptable forms of payment include:Late feesThings happen! Our artists & stylists will always do our best to accommodate our clients. There is a 15 minute grace period before a late fee will incur. The service will not be provided until the late fee has been paid. Depending on how late a client is running, they may no longer be able to have their service be provided and will not be entitled to a refund. No shows are never entitled to a refund.Cancellation PolicyCancellations within one week of scheduled service are entitled to a refund of up to 50%. Cancellations with less than one week notice are entitled to a refund of up to 25%. Cancellations within 48 hours are never entitled to a refund. Safety & HygieneSafety and hygiene is of the utmost importance for every service. Every client must inform their makeup artist of any possible skin or eye irritants, allergies etc. prior to every single service (even if they have been serviced before to ensure proper safety). Skin irritation, allergic reactions, etc. may occur; the client accepts liability for these risks they undertake. All of our artists are certified, trained & insured.
